Piramida Tiranë 1988
The Pyramid of Tirana was built as the Enver Hoxha Museum and opened in 1988. It was dedicated to Enver Hoxha, the leader of the Albanian communist regime from 1944 until his death in 1985, who implemented state atheism.
The structure was co-designed by Pranvera Hoxha, Enver Hoxha's daughter, and her husband Klement Kolaneci, along with architects Pirro Vaso and Vladimir Bregu. Following the collapse of the Albanian communist regime in 1991, the monument was converted into a conference centre. During the Kosovo War of 1999, it was used as a NATO base. After many years of abandonment, the building was renovated and transformed into a youth IT centre in 2023.

この建造物は、エンヴェル・ホッジャの娘であるプランヴェラ・ホッジャとその夫クレメント・コラネチ、さらに建築家ピロ・ヴァソとヴラディミル・ブレグによって共同設計された。1991年のアルバニア共産主義体制崩壊後、記念碑は会議センターに転用された。1999年のコソボ戦争時にはNATO基地として使用された。長年の放置を経て、2023年に改修され、青少年のためのITセンターへと生まれ変わった。
