It was the guest's voice that called out.
'I've just returned.'
When the voice called out twice, both of them turned around with wide eyes.
There, standing silently behind them, was the master of the house.
Madam didn't have time to push the man aside, so she turned away, her face turning ashen.
The dentist, utterly flabbergasted,
hurriedly pressed the madam's jaw with his left hand
while using his right hand to extract the decayed tooth.
