Unicorns can also refer to a recruitment phenomenon within the human resources sector. HR managers may have high expectations to fill a position, leading them to look for candidates with qualifications that are higher than required for a specific job.
*Moat / The term economic moat, popularized by Warren Buffett, refers to a business' ability to maintain competitive advantages over its competitors in order to protect its long-term profits and market share from competing firms.

King Abdul Aziz Air Base
is a Royal Saudi Air Force operated military installation at Dhahran Saudi Arabia. It used to be known as the Dhahran International Airport and has been transformed into a military airbase since 1991. Originally the airfield built in 1945 by the US air force near the Arabian American Oil Company (ARAMCO) town. The terminal building was designed by Minoru Yamasaki built in 1961. Dhahran has been the home of Saudi Aramco's headquarters for 80 years. next to the airbase, there are gated compounds for employees and dependents.

In 2018 the budget airline Air Asia had begun operating direct flights between Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Jeju island South Korea. The flight made many Yemeni asylum seekers possible to land the resort island.

Animated street view of Fields Avenue, Angeles City in the Philippines. The street was named after the Clark Air Base airfield, once the largest United States military facility outside of continental United States during the Cold War, serving as an important logistical hub during the Vietnam War. Many of the bars and prostitution dens were owned by Americans as well as local politicians. Recently the street has been dominated by South Korean signs due to large scale industrial investments in the area.
